Processing Time
Once you place your order, our team immediately begins packing and preparing your shipment. Most orders are processed within 24 hours to 2 business days. Orders placed before 5 PM EST on business days may be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Estimated Shipping Times
After processing is complete, estimated shipping times are as follows:
United States: 3–7 business days via USPS Standard + insured shipping protection.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on your location, carrier delays or weather conditions.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey. Use our Track My Order page on the website to stay updated.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Whuskies is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier once your package is in transit.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at ask@kiyro.co We’ll be happy to look into it and provide a resolution, which may include a full refund.
